Fascinated by hypnosis since my adolescence, I decided to become a hypnotherapist to combine my passion for this technique with my desire to help people. Following my training, I received certification in clinical hypnotherapy and am now a member of ARCH and RITMA .
ARCH (Association of Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist) is a Canadian association of hypnotherapists trained to provide the best service to the population and whose certification is recognized in Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom.
RITMA ("regroupement des intervenants et thérapeutes en médecines alternatives et complémentaires") is recognized for its rigorous supervision, which protects clients by guaranteeing them quality professional services.

CONSULTATION
Consultations are done in person, at the Lorrain office in Laval.
However, since March 2020, it is possible to make virtual consultations by Zoom.
A consultation lasts about an hour.
From the first consultation, the hypnotherapist will determine with you how many additional consultations will be necessary for your goal. In general, the number varies between 4 and 6 consultations, depending on the case.
To get the most out of hypnotherapy, you just need to be open to the experience!
No one can hypnotize you or control you as they please: hypnosis is not a control of one individual over another, your consent is therefore necessary before any consultations.
For certain cases, such as pain management, please note that a note from your doctor confirming that hypnotherapy is not contraindicated may be requested.
